Turn contract intelligence into your next advisory practice.
Your expertise makes the difference. Start with Phoenix’s contract intelligence foundation, or help develop client, project and sector workflows into a repeatable professional service.
For procurement, legal, accounting, property and sales specialists, with discovery opportunities in criminal justice.
01 / BUILT AROUND YOUR EXPERTISE
Software finds the evidence. You turn it into better decisions.
Bring your methodology, relationships and professional judgement. Phoenix supports contract search, Policy Library comparisons and evidence-led review.
PROCUREMENT CONSULTANCIES
Make the next negotiation count.
Offer portfolio diagnostics, policy implementation and renewal programmes. Prioritise departures, commercial opportunities and supplier conversations.
Your deliverablesCategory playbook · review priorities · negotiated-action and savings tracker
Client value: better use of spend, reviewer capacity and renewal windows.
ACCOUNTANCY & ADVISORY FIRMS
Bring contract evidence to the numbers.
Extend outsourced finance, commercial due diligence and cost-control engagements with visibility of commitments, renewals and contractual assumptions.
Your deliverablesCommitment register · controls review · finance-approved benefits baseline
Client value: clearer obligations and a defensible commercial case.
LEGAL FIRMS & CONSULTANTS
Make your standards operational.
Turn approved positions and fallbacks into a working Policy Library. Offer portfolio triage, playbook design and exception-review support.
A stronger case for your client. A new revenue stream for you.
Explore two separate business cases. The client model starts with an illustrative procurement programme; for other sectors, replace the assumptions and set spend savings to zero where they do not apply. These are not customer results, promised returns or Phoenix prices.
THE CLIENT’S BUSINESS CASE
What could the first year deliver?
Include software, model API usage, implementation, internal effort and annual advisory fees.
Illustrative economic ROI
Net economic benefit
Review hours released
Value of productive capacity
Projected cash savings
Combined economic benefit
Cash-only ROI
Cash-only break-even savings rate
Capacity value is not cash saved. Count savings only when delivered and finance-approved; avoid double-counting. This example assumes 12 months of benefits. Your rollout timing will change the result. No avoided-risk value is included.
YOUR PRACTICE’S BUSINESS CASE
Build a repeatable advisory service.
After direct delivery costs, including staff time and any technology costs your firm pays.
First-year services revenue
Estimated gross contribution
Implementation revenue
Advisory revenue in year one
Illustrative fees set by your firm. Contribution excludes sales costs, fixed overheads and tax; figures exclude VAT. No referral commission is assumed. The client’s cost model must include your fees.
The recurring engagement
Quarterly policy reviews, renewal preparation, exception resolution and benefits reporting keep your advice connected to decisions throughout the year.
Partner revenue = clients × (implementation fee + monthly advisory fee × billed months). Gross contribution = revenue × delivery margin. Validate assumptions with a timed pilot and agreed baseline before presenting a proposal.
03 / BEST-PRACTICE IMPLEMENTATION
The consulting is essential. Make it part of the plan.
A reliable implementation needs agreed policies, clean evidence, clear ownership and people who use the results. Package that work into five accountable stages.
01
Discover & baseline
Partner + client sponsor. Select the use case, review volumes and costs. Agree scope and a benefits baseline.
ACCEPTANCE
Sponsor signs off success measures, owners and budget.
02
Prepare the evidence
Partner + client data owner. Reconcile sources, versions and duplicates; agree access and the AI connection with Phoenix.
ACCEPTANCE
Sample data reconciles; permissions and processing scope are approved.
03
Configure the standard
Partner + policy or legal owner. Build preferred positions, fallbacks, exceptions and escalation rules in the Policy Library.
ACCEPTANCE
Client approves the policy version and review responsibilities.
04
Validate & adopt
Partner + client reviewers + Phoenix. Test representative contracts, evidence links, missing data and review time. Train the team.
ACCEPTANCE
Agreed quality and time measures pass; users demonstrate the workflow.
05
Operate & improve
Partner + client service owner. Deliver a review cadence, action register, handover and benefits report.
ACCEPTANCE
Owners accept the service; finance validates realised benefits.
You own the engagement: methodology, advice and change management.
Phoenix provides the platform: technical scoping, configuration guidance and agreed support.
The client owns decisions: data permissions, policies, approvals and accepted actions.
04 / FIND YOUR PARTNER MODEL
Start where your practice fits.
Scope, enablement, support and commercial terms are agreed individually before delivery.
INTRODUCE
Affiliate / referral partner
Introduce a qualified client opportunity and help frame the problem. Agree eligibility, attribution, any referral fee and payment conditions in writing before introducing business under the programme.
DELIVER
Implementation partner
Lead discovery, policy design, onboarding and adoption. Agree a statement of work and the technical support your delivery needs.
GROW
Ongoing advisory partner
Provide retained review, policy maintenance and commercial improvement. Set a service cadence with measurable client outcomes.
DEVELOP
Sector development partner
Bring a real workflow, domain expertise and structured feedback. Help define and test the next sector use case, with scope, contributions, intellectual property and commercial arrangements agreed before work begins.
Build a service your firm can repeat.
Agree product walkthroughs, sample workflows, configuration guidance and technical support for your first engagement. Use your own professional methodology to create a service you can take to more clients. Training, joint marketing and any reusable sector templates are scoped with each partner; a formal accreditation scheme is not being announced.
BEFORE WE TALK
Your questions, answered.
Do we need to be a technology consultancy?
No. Start with your professional expertise and a clear client problem. We agree the product familiarisation and technical responsibilities needed for your first engagement.
Can clients keep their approved AI?
Yes, where the connection is supported and approved for their deployment. Agree the provider, permissions, processing terms and usage costs during scoping. See integration availability
Does Phoenix replace professional advice?
No. Comparisons surface evidence for review. Qualified advisers and client owners interpret findings, accept exceptions and approve action. Phoenix does not guarantee legal compliance or commercial outcomes.
How are pricing, clients and responsibilities handled?
Agree software charges, your services, client ownership, confidentiality and support in the partner and client agreements. Application does not create a partnership or grant certification, exclusivity or a commission entitlement.
Is there a published affiliate commission?
Not yet. Apply to discuss a referral arrangement. Any rate, qualifying sale, attribution period, payment trigger and applicable restrictions must be agreed in writing. The calculators show professional services revenue and assume no affiliate income.
Can we help develop our sector?
Yes. We are seeking practitioner input across legal, criminal justice, accounting, property and sales. Choose “Sector development / design partner” in the form and describe one workflow you would like to improve. We will agree a focused discovery or pilot scope, availability and success measures. Explore sector opportunities
How do we start and prove the return?
Choose one client use case, a representative contract sample and a policy owner. Agree a timed baseline and success criteria, then use the pilot results to shape a costed rollout. Review security and access
