WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE FITS
The opportunities below describe what we want to develop and validate with partners. Sector-specific workflows are not being presented as finished products.
01 / LEGAL PROFESSIONALS
For solicitors, legal consultants and in-house teams, the opportunity is a clearer route from a collection of documents to a reviewable finding. We are exploring matter-led working alongside the contract and Policy Library capabilities in the Phoenix pilot.
Connect engagement documents, agreements, correspondence and amendments to a client and matter.
Use approved contract positions to focus specialist review on departures and missing evidence.
Shape repeatable portfolio reviews, renewal preparation and a clear record of decisions.
Spend less time reconstructing the file and more time advising the client. Make the handover from initial review to specialist judgement easier to follow.
Contract health checks, clause-playbook design, legal operations implementation and retained portfolio advice.
Legal practices, legal operations specialists and consultants who can define matter structure, confidentiality boundaries and a repeatable review method.
What we would measureTime to find the right source; review turnaround; unresolved exceptions; adviser capacity released.
02 / CRIMINAL JUSTICE
We are seeking criminal law practitioners and justice-sector specialists to shape a focused document-workflow pilot. The starting point is organising and reviewing case material, with a clear connection back to the source and the responsible reviewer.
Explore how documents and versions should be grouped, indexed and made available to authorised reviewers.
Test source-linked draft timelines and flags for missing or inconsistent material, checked by a practitioner.
Define review tasks, ownership and an understandable record of what still needs attention.
Aim to reduce time spent assembling and searching files, improve continuity between reviewers and make outstanding work easier to see.
Workflow discovery, information-organisation design, controlled pilot delivery and practitioner training. Commercial arrangements for public bodies would be scoped separately.
Criminal defence firms, chambers, justice organisations and specialist information-governance or legal technology partners.
What we would measureFile preparation time; source retrieval time; completeness of handovers; practitioner-verified chronology accuracy.
This is a discovery proposal, not a deployed criminal justice system. Disclosure, evidential integrity, retention, restricted sharing and any court or agency integrations need specialist validation. Legal and case decisions remain with the responsible practitioners.
03 / ACCOUNTANTS & ADVISERS
The accounting R&D work explored a familiar structure: dashboard, clients, projects, documents, actions and activity. We want accountancy firms to help refine that structure around how engagements actually run, and how their clients could use Phoenix in their own businesses.
Bring engagement letters, scope changes and supporting documents around the client and project.
Shape document requests, outstanding actions and reviewer handovers around a year-end engagement.
Use contractual commitments, notice periods and renewals to support cost-control and outsourced-finance conversations.
Less chasing across folders and email. Clearer scope and responsibilities. A practical way to extend a periodic engagement into ongoing commercial advice.
Client onboarding and workflow setup, commitment-register reviews, outsourced finance support and quarterly contract health checks.
Accountancy practices, outsourced finance teams and business advisers with clients willing to help test a repeatable engagement.
What we would measureTime spent chasing documents; engagement turnaround; scope changes captured; advisory uptake and delivery margin.
Accounting workflows are R&D. Tax filing, audit conclusions and integrations with accounting platforms are not represented as available Phoenix capabilities.
04 / PROPERTY, LEASES & ESTATE AGENCY
A commercial lease portfolio and a residential sale have different needs. We are looking for partners to help shape both: ongoing visibility for lease advisers and a clearer transaction file for estate and letting agents.
Explore schedules of rent reviews, break options, notice requirements and obligations, linked to leases and variations.
Organise instruction documents, agreed terms, supporting paperwork and outstanding actions around each property transaction.
Develop a repeatable review pack showing key dates, open questions and the actions agreed with an owner, landlord or occupier.
Aim to reduce document chasing, make upcoming lease decisions easier to prepare for and give clients a clearer picture of progress.
Lease abstraction and portfolio setup, renewal-readiness reviews, transaction workflow implementation and ongoing portfolio reporting.
Lease advisers, commercial property consultants, managing agents, estate agents and letting agencies with a representative portfolio or transaction workflow.
What we would measureTime to assemble a transaction file; lease dates verified; overdue actions; client update preparation time.
Lease dates and obligations require professional verification. Automated conveyancing, identity checks, AML checks and property-system integrations are not claimed as delivered.
05 / SALES & COMMERCIAL TEAMS
We are exploring how Phoenix’s contract foundation can support customer-facing teams: the negotiated terms, the delivery commitments and the next renewal conversation. Sales and implementation partners can help define the handover from signed agreement to ongoing account management.
Keep the agreement, statement of work and later variations together for review.
Bring payment terms, service commitments, exceptions and responsible owners into the delivery conversation.
Use the agreed scope, notice provisions and change history to prepare customer account reviews.
Less time searching for what was agreed. Clearer handovers to delivery and finance. Better preparation for scope and renewal discussions.
Commercial contract reviews, sales-to-delivery workflow design and retained renewal or account-governance services.
Revenue operations advisers, commercial consultants and integration specialists who understand customer contract workflows.
What we would measureHandover preparation time; commitments assigned an owner; renewal readiness; disputed scope items.
CRM and signature integrations need separate scoping; this page does not announce a live Salesforce, Dynamics or DocuSign integration.
